- Noise Control: Try to minimize loud TV or social gatherings during their study hours.
- Emotional Safety: Let home be a place where they can fail without fear. If they score low in a test, they should feel safe telling you, knowing you will help them analyze it, not scold them.
2. Understand the Pressure
The academic pressure today is significantly higher than it was 20 years ago.
- Validate their feelings: If they say they are stressed, believe them. Don’t dismiss it by saying “We studied harder in our days.”
